Visitor information

Dear FunPark friends,

We are happy to welcome you again at the PLAYMOBIL-FunPark since our reopening on May 30th, 2020!

In order to open our park for you despite the Corona pandemic and numerous regulations, a comprehensive hygiene and safety concept has been developed. The number of visitors is currently limited to 4,000 visitors per day. This means that we deliberately stay below the maximum number permitted by the authorities for the space available.

Before your visit, please note the regulations and safety measures that have to be observed, and kindly follow them while you are here – for your own protection as well as that of other guests and employees. This way we can all have a great time playing together at the FunPark!

Important: Admission to the PLAYMOBIL FunPark is only possible with a valid online day ticket

Hygiene and safety rules

At the PLAYMOBIL-FunPark, the safety and health of our young and old visitors as well as our employees are of particular importance to us. We have therefore taken a number of health protection measures. In addition, we regularly coordinate with the responsible authorities and immediately implement the latest recommendations to contain the coronavirus. Our employees are trained and prepared accordingly.

On the entire grounds of the PLAYMOBIL FunPark as well as at the PLAYMOBIL Hotel, sensitive areas are cleaned at increased intervals and particularly intensively with specially suitable agents. In all sanitary facilities dispensers with disinfectant are available for general use. In addition, there are information signs on the entire FunPark grounds regarding hygiene and distance rules. If you are still unsure how to behave correctly, our staff on site will be glad to help you. The first-aid stations at the PLAYMOBIL-FunPark are also available to you during your visit in case of health questions and uncertainties. We are also in direct contact with local doctors and hospitals.

We do everything for your safety - please help to protect other guests and our staff, too, and follow the generally recommended hygiene rules. This includes proper hand washing, sneezing and coughing in the crook of your arm, avoiding shaking hands, etc. Please always remember to keep the necessary safety distance (at least 1.5 m) from other visitors. There is enough space on our 90.000 m² large area to play, climb, jump and romp in a safe distance! However, since the majority of our play areas are freely accessible, visitor movement can develop very dynamically. Please help to ensure that all visitors can maintain the necessary safety distances and simply come back later if an area is very crowded. Parents / adults are asked to observe that their children also comply with the distance rules. Markings indicate the necessary distances at sensitive places, e.g. in waiting areas.

Wearing masks

Since April 27th, 2020 masks are mandatory in Bavaria. At all waiting points, in the sanitary facilities of our gastronomy, as well as in all covered areas of the PLAYMOBIL-FunPark such as the shop, adults and children aged 6 years and up must wear a nose and mouth mask. There is no obligation to wear a mask at the outdoor play areas. However, if it doesn’t seem possible to maintain the safety distance, a mask must also be worn here.

Tip: At the FunPark shop, the reusable PLAYMOBIL nose and mouth mask is available in three different sizes (S, M and L) and in different colours.

Please note that it is not possible to get admission without bringing a mask. Nürnberg Card, Should the current legal regulations change, we reserve the right to make appropriate adjustments.
