It’s not always easy to plan ahead with children - we are aware of that. Therefore we offer you to exchange your booked tickets without a charge. You can use this option at any time up to and including the booked date.
How it works:
Open the e-mail you received from us with your ticket/s attached.
Click the button „Exchange ticket/s“ in that e-mail.
Enter the ticket number of the ticket you would like to exchange. You can find the ticket number on the bottom right on the ticket (PDF or printed). If you would like to exchange further tickets for a voucher, click “Enter further ticket numbers”.
After entering the ticket numbers, click the red button “Exchange ticket/s” and a voucher will be sent to the e-mail address saved in your user account. The voucher is valid for 3 years. This way you can take your time to choose a new date for your visit and order tickets or other offers from our ticket shop.
