New functions in the ticket shop
Dear FunPark fans,
We have improved our ticket shop for you! Now it's even easier and more convenient to buy tickets for your next FunPark adventure, because new functions are now available:
More payment methods
You can now pay for your tickets via PayPal Plus - even without having an own PayPal account - using the following payment methods:
- Credit card
- instant bank transfer
- giropay
- SEPA direct debit
Payment via PayPal is of course also possible.
Tickets in your user account
After you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail with your tickets as an attachment. In addition, you can now download your tickets directly from your user account if you don't have the e-mail at hand.
Exchange your tickets
You have reserved tickets but can't make it on the planned day? No problem! You can now exchange your online tickets with just a few clicks via your user account or via a link in the e-mail you received. We will then send you an email with a voucher for your next purchase in the FunPark ticket shop. This way you can take your time to choose a new day to visit the park and order tickets or other offers from our ticket shop.
Vouchers with great motifs
A voucher for a visit to the PLAYMOBIL-FunPark will always make children's eyes light up! Now you can choose a matching designs for your voucher - whether it's for a birthday, Easter or Christmas, there are great motifs for every occasion with which you can personalize your voucher.
Please note
Even if you already have a customer account for the FunPark ticket shop, you will have to register once again for your next order. Alternatively, you can also order your tickets as a guest.
