Staying flexible with our online tickets
April weather may be fooling you sometimes... But even if the last days were cold and wet, we have had a successful start into the new season.
Should the weather screw up your plans, or are there other reasons why you can’t visit our park? Especially with children, it’s not always easy to plan ahead - we are aware of that. hat's why you can simply exchange your purchased tickets for a voucher free of charge.
The voucher is valid for 3 years. This way you can take your time to choose a new date for your visit and order tickets or other offers from our ticket shop. Or you can redeem it at our gastronomy or at the FunPark-Shop.
Exchanging your tickets is possible at any time up to the day of your visit, even spontaneously on the booked day itself.
