Update Winter Magic
Dear FunPark fans,
Next Saturday, 27.11., the Winter Magic at the PLAYMOBIL-FunPark will begin. Due to the current infection rates and associated official measures, some changes to the programme are necessary.
The Winter Magic programme will take place from 11/27/21 – 03/06/22. However, the opening days will change as follows:
- From 11/27 – 12/23 the PLAYMOBIL-FunPark will open from Thursday to Sunday only. The park will be closed from Monday to Wednesday
- During the Bavarian Christmas holidays, the FunPark will be open daily, except Christmas and New Year, as already announced (regular closing days: 12/24/25/26/31 and 01/01/22)
- Opening hours from 01/10 until 03/06/22 will be announced at a later date
This year we will be offering two ice rinks for even more ice skating fun. However, the offer for private groups to rent the ice rinks on Wednesdays is cancelled.
Attention: For safety reasons we recommend to bring a helmet for children who go ice skating (e.g. bike helmet). There are no rental helmets available.
If you are unable to come, you can exchange your time tickets with just a few clicks via your user account or via a link in the e-mail you received. We will then send you an email with a voucher for your next purchase in the FunPark ticket shop. This way you can take your time to choose a new day to visit the park and order tickets or other offers from our ticket shop.
If you would like to return tickets you have bought for days that are closed, please send an email to funpark@playmobil.de.
Admission is according to the 2G-plus rule: Vaccinated and recovered persons must also present a negative Corona test result (acknowledged rapid test from a certified test centre not older than 24 hours or PCR test not older than 48 hours). Children under 12 years of age are exempt from this requirement. There is no on-site testing available, so please ensure that you arrive already tested.
In addition, FFP2 masks are required (children from 6 - 16 years: medical masks) in all indoor areas and where it is not possible to maintain safety distances.
Please inform yourself about the current regulations and any further changes prior to your visit, and bring the necessary proof documentation.
