The PLAYMOBIL-FunPark offers many opportunities to play also for guests with physical disabilities and is barrier-free in almost all areas.
All paths are accessible with a wheelchair or pram and there are lifts or ramps where required. Our team is also happy to assist at any time if help is needed.
A special map is available, helping guests to find their way around and to discover the park on the best route with a wheelchair.
At the pirate lake, there’s one special raft and one special drawn raft that make it possible for small pirates in wheelchairs to cross the lake and head for the big pirate ship. The stranded shipwreck is also wheelchair-accessible.
The sand and mud area, which was redesigned in 2020, offers plenty of opportunities to play and experiment with water. One of the mud tables can also be played with from a wheelchair.
In Fairyland, little explorers can look for treasures in large magic shells and set off in search for the golden crystal. One of the magic seashells is raised and accessible by wheelchair.
The PLAYMOBIL-FunPark was awarded the "Bayern barrierefrei - Wir sind dabei!" accessibility signet in 2017 by the Bavarian State Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, Family and Integration for its special features in terms of accessibility. The award shows that accessibility can be implemented in different ways even in a theme park focusing on movement and action.
In addition, the PLAYMOBIL FunPark was tested for accessibility and classified according to the criteria of the nationwide label "Reisen für alle" at the end of 2020.
